浙江威凌实业股份有限公司成立于1992年（原杭州威陵制管有限公司），是浙江海威控股有限公司的核心企业，公司地处杭州市萧山区河上镇大桥工业园区内，占地80余亩，现有员工500余人。公司下辖制管、带钢两个事业部，专业从事各类高频焊管、冷轧钢带的加工生产及销售。公司可生产壁厚为0.4mm—3.5mm的各种异型管、宽度为16mm—420mm的冷轧钢带，年生产能力10万吨。
